Baked Chicken Wings

These wings are delicious, easy to make, and less oily than deep-fried.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400° F.
  • Wash and dry chicken wings.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour and spices.
  • Dredge wings through the flour mixture.
  • Spray a large baking sheet with olive oil and arrange wings.
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes, turning once.
  • Toss half the wings in a bowl with honey garlic sauce and the rest in a bowl with barbecue sauce.
