Bread Pudding

Delicious, easy-to-make dessert for lots of people

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Pour milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and liqueur in a saucepan and slowly heat until very warm but not hot.
  • Beat eggs into milk mixture.
  • Cut bread into 1 inch cubes and place into a large bowl with raisins and chocolate chips. Pour liquid over bread and stir gently with a plastic spatula.
  • Grease a large baking tray with butter and pour mixture in so it fills the tray evenly.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes or until custard is just set.
