Nalysnycky

Pronounced "nal-yes-neck-eh", this is a traditional Ukrainian dish served on Christmas Eve.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Combine the cheese, egg, chopped dill, lemon and seasoning.
  • Cook the crepes and stack on a plate.
  • Butter a medium-sized casserole dish.
  • For each crepe, put a dollop of cheese mix into it, roll it up, and place it into the casserole dish.
  • Drizzle butter over the crepes, cover with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
