- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir with your hands until fully mixed.
- Coat a large baking pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Form meat mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange in the baking pan.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with spaghetti and tomato sauce.
