Pizza with Prosciutto and Arugula

Tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 500° F.
  • Sprinkle cornmeal on a baking sheet and spread pizza dough.
  • Apply pizza sauce to dough, spreading it smoothly to the edges.
  • Distribute basil leaves on sauce.
  • Arrange mozzarella slices on top of basil.
  • Bake until cheese is melted and bottom of crust is golden brown, 5-10 minutes.
  • Remove pizza from oven.
  • Arrange prosciutto in bunches on the pizza.
  • Spread arugula over the pizza.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Slice and serve immediately.
