Pancakes, Oat Buttermilk
Hearty, fluffy pancakes with oats and buttermilk.

- Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
- In another, large bowl, beat eggs, butter and buttermilk together.
- Stir oats into wet mix.
- Stir dry ingredients into wet mix - stir as little as possible to combine.
- Fry pancakes in a pan or skillet with butter.
- Cook for a few minutes and then turn once. You may need to add more butter.
- Pancakes come up thick.
- Serve with simmered reduced berries and maple syrup.
