Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups flour
• salt
• 6 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• vegetable oil

Instructions

• First, stir together flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
• Second, beat in the eggs until smooth.
• Third, add the milk and stir until combined.
• Don’t change the order of the first three steps.
• Next, let the batter rest at room temperature for at least an hour.
• Pour the mix into a jug with a spout for pouring.
• Pour some oil into 12 small muffin tins.
• Preheat to 425 F and put the tins in the oven.
• When oven is thoroughly hot, pull out the tins.
• Quickly pour in the mix and place them back into the oven.
• Cook for 25 minutes or until puffed up and cooked through.
• Don't open the oven door until they're done.
