Yorkshire Pudding
Traditional Yorkshire pudding to serve with roast beef, based on a recipe by the BBC so you know it's legit. NOTE: I don't know why, but the order of operations really matters.

- Stir together flour and salt. Beat in eggs until smooth. Add milk and stir until combined. Pour mix into a jug with a spout for pouring.
- Pour some oil into 12 small muffin tins.
- Preheat to 425 F and put the tins in the oven.
- When oven is thoroughly hot, pull out the tins.
- Quickly pour in the mix and place them back into the oven.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes or until puffed up and cooked through.
- Don't open the oven door until they're done.
