Irish Soda Bread
A take on traditional Irish soda bread.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
- Cut butter into mixture.
- Add buttermilk and stir to combine.
- Knead lightly onto a flattened ball.
- Coat a baking pan with butter.
- Place loaf into pan and cut a cross 2 cm deep into the top.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack.
