Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, zest, parsley, grated cheese, spices, seasonings, melted butter and olive oil.
- Rub the fillets with olive oil and place in a glass pan.
- Crumble the breading on top and pat gently in place.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked and flaky.
- Serve with the zested lemon cut into slices.
