Baked Haddock

Breaded and baked to perfection

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, zest, parsley, grated cheese, spices, seasonings, melted butter and olive oil.
  • Rub the fillets with olive oil and place in a glass pan.
  • Crumble the breading on top and pat gently in place.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked and flaky.
  • Serve with the zested lemon cut into slices.
