Ingredients

• Pizza dough<
• Tomato sauce<
• Pesto
• Cheese - mozzarella, feta, bocconcini, etc.
• Pepperoni, sliced
• Grilled or roasted vegetables
• Roasted garlic
• Olives
• Really, whatever you want

Instructions

• Preheat oven to 500° F or as hot as it will go.
• Shake cornmeal or flour on a baking sheet and spread the pizza dough on it.
• Coat the pizza dough with your sauce.
• Grate the cheese and spread it on top of the sauce.
• Distribute the other toppings on top of the cheese.
• Bake for 8-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
