Ribs
Delicious, tender braised and barbecued ribs.

Instructions
- wash and dry ribs and season with salt and pepper.
- Leave them out of the fridge for an hour to warm up.
- Preheat oven to 250° F.
- Place ribs into a large baking pan.
- Pour beer/wine over ribs so they are half-covered in liquid.
- Add onion, carrots, celery and garlic.
- Bake for 3 hours, basting from time to time and turning a couple of times.
- Fire up the grill on medium heat.
- Place ribs on the grill and coat the top side with barbecue sauce.
- Grill, covered, for a couple of minutes.
- Turn ribs over, coat the other side and cover again.
- Do this 6-8 times until ribs are well-coated with a thick layer of barbecue sauce.
