French-style French fries.
Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Slice potatoes into strips approximately 1 cm thick.
- Toss potato strips in a large stainless steel bowl with salt and pepper and olive oil (and diced rosemary if using).
- Toss with a spatula or wooden spoon to coat the potato strips. Don't be too rough.
- Spread potato strips on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 minutes, turning over once.
