French-style French fries.
Keep Screen On
Ingredients
5-6 potatoes, washed and dried
Salt and pepper
Rosemary (optional)
Olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Slice potatoes into strips approximately 1 cm thick.
Toss potato strips in a large stainless steel bowl with salt and pepper and olive oil (and diced rosemary if using).
Toss with a spatula or wooden spoon to coat the potato strips. Don't be too rough.
Spread potato strips on a baking sheet.
Bake for 40 minutes, turning over once.
