Cranberry Squares

- Add cranberries, raisins, granulated sugar and water to a large pot and stir together. It won't seem like enough water, but it actually is.
- Simmer on medium heat, stirring occasionally. After around 10-15 minutes, it forms into a thick filling.
- Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in brown sugar, breaking up any lumps. Stir in oats.
- Make a well and pour in butter, stirring gently until combined.
- Grease a large lasagne pan with butter.
- Add half the crumble, spreading evenly over the bottom of the pan without pressing it down.
- Pour the filling over top, spreading it evenly.
- Add the rest of the crumble and spread evenly without pressing it down.
- Bake uncovered for around 30 minutes or until golden.
- Slice and serve!
