Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
- Make a well in the flour and crack in the two eggs. Mix the eggs and stir them into the flour.
- Pour in the milk and stir until mixed.
- Using two spoons, scrape blobs of dough into the water. Boil for 4 minutes, turning over once or twice.
- Strain in a colander
- From this point, you can add them to soup or sauce that is ready to be served, or for extra yum you can fry them in some vegetable oil and butter.
