Butter Chicken
Indian restaurant-style butter chicken.

Ingredients
6 boneless chicken breasts
Vegetable oil
Butter
1 onion, julienned
5 cloves garlicm minced
1 cube ginger, minced
garam masala
salt
lemon juice
cumin
coriander
turmeric
cloves
cinnamon
paprika
can tomatoes
dollop plain yogourt
dollop ketchup
Instructions
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.
Toss in a large bowl with salt, garam masala, lemon and oil.
Heat oil and butter in a hot, heavy skillet.
Brown chicken in batches and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium low and sweat onion for 5 minutes.
Add ginger and garlic and stir together for a minute or two.
Add spices and more lemon and stir together for a minute or two.
Add tomatoes, cream and ketchup and stir together.
Add chicken and any accumulated juices and cook on medium-low until chicken is cooked through and tender.
Serve with rice and naan bread.
