Bread Pudding
Delicious, easy-to-make dessert for lots of people

- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Pour milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and liqueur in a saucepan and slowly heat until very warm but not hot.
- Beat eggs into milk mixture.
- Cut bread into 1 inch cubes and place into a large bowl with raisins and chocolate chips. Pour liquid over bread and stir gently with a plastic spatula.
- Grease a large baking tray with butter and pour mixture in so it fills the tray evenly.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until custard is just set.
