Sticky Lemon Chicken
Based on the recipe by Gordon Ramsay.

Ingredients
8-10 chicken thighs
Olive oil
1 head garlic
sprigs of fresh thyme
apple cider vinegar
soy sauce
honey
1 lemon, sliced
flat parsley
Instructions
Season chicken thighs.
Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet.
Peel garlic cloves and slice in half.
Brown chicken on top and bottom.
Add soy sauce, honey and garlic cloves, cook for five minutes.
Add lemon slices, vinegar and some water and place thyme sprigs on top.
cook for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and sauce is thick and sticky.
Serve with Champ.
