Bone Broth
Delicious soup stock made from roasted beef bones.
Ingredients
Instructions
- Toss the bones with salt, pepper and olive oil, and roast in a 375F oven for 1 hour.
- Pour the water and bones into a slow cooker, and cook on low heat for two days. (I find three days is a bit too much, but YMMV.)
- Pour through a strainer and save the liquid to use in a soup, stew or braise.
