Bone Broth
Delicious soup stock made from roasted beef bones.
Keep Screen On
Ingredients
Beef bones
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
4-6 cups water
Instructions
Toss the bones with salt, pepper and olive oil, and roast in a 375F oven for 1 hour.
Pour the water and bones into a slow cooker, and cook on low heat for two days. (I find three days is a bit too much, but YMMV.)
Pour through a strainer and save the liquid to use in a soup, stew or braise.
