Pizza with Prosciutto and Arugula
Tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500° F.
- Sprinkle cornmeal on a baking sheet and spread pizza dough.
- Apply pizza sauce to dough, spreading it smoothly to the edges.
- Distribute basil leaves on sauce.
- Arrange mozzarella slices on top of basil.
- Bake until cheese is melted and bottom of crust is golden brown, 5-10 minutes.
- Remove pizza from oven.
- Arrange prosciutto in bunches on the pizza.
- Spread arugula over the pizza.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Slice and serve immediately.
