Pizza with Prosciutto and Arugula

Pizza dough

Cornmeal
Fresh basil leaves
Buffalo mozzarella, sliced
150 g thinly sliced prosciutto (e.g. Fini)
Bunch of arugula, chopped
Olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 500° F.
Sprinkle cornmeal on a baking sheet and spread pizza dough.
Apply pizza sauce to dough, spreading it smoothly to the edges.
Distribute basil leaves on sauce.
Arrange mozzarella slices on top of basil.
Bake until cheese is melted and bottom of crust is golden brown, 5-10 minutes.
Remove pizza from oven.
Arrange prosciutto in bunches on the pizza.
Spread arugula over the pizza.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Slice and serve immediately.
