Oat Milk

I’ve been experimenting with making my own oat milk. After some trial and error with different ingredients and ratios, I have settled on a recipe that produces a good result:

Instructions

  • Combine the ingredients and blend for around 30 seconds (I have a high-powered immersion blender and it works fine).
  • Then strain through a fine mesh strainer and store in the fridge.
  • Note: quick oats get too mushy and steel cut oats are too firm, but rolled oats are Goldilocks.
