Tahini Sauce
Simple, flavourful sauce

- Squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl.
- Peel and mash the clove of garlic and drop it into the bowl so that it is submerged in the garlic. Let it sit for at least 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the garlic from the lemon juice, then add seasoning, tahini and water.
- Beat the mixture with a whisk until smooth. If it is too thick, add a bit of water to thin it. If it is too thin, add a bit of tahini to thicken it.
