Italian Meatballs
Tasty Italian-style meatballs to serve with tomato sauce.

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/2 cup milk
1 small onion, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp oregano
1/2 Tbsp minced rosemary
1 Cup plain breadcrumbs
Red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp mustard
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir with your hands until fully mixed.
Coat a large baking pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
Form meat mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange in the baking pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with spaghetti and tomato sauce.
