Falafels
Falafels are delicious and surprisingly easy to make.

- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Combine the chick peas, onions, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, spices and seasoning in a bowl.
- Pulse with a food processor or immersion blender until coarsely mixed (chick peas should be broken up but you don’t want a smooth paste).
- On a separate bowl, combine flour and baking sofa.
- Stir flour mixture into falafel mixture.
- Pour olive oil onto a large glass baking dish. Using two spoons, spoon the falafel mix out in dollops around 1 inch in diameter with a bit of space between them.
- Bake for 10-20 minutes until browned nicely.
- Serve on warmed falafels with tahini sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and any other toppings you want.
